St. Anthony's School of
Speech and Drama
St. Anthony's School of Speech and Drama is an institution focused on creating talented and skilled performers for the future and to uplift their abilities in public speaking.
Inaugurated in June 2011, we focus on assisting children to speak English correctly and to build their confidence in speaking it.
Currently we conduct classes in:-
• Speech and Drama
• Speaking Skills
• Acting
• Prose Reading
• Public Speaking
• Writing Skills.
Students will be prepared for examinations by the Institute of Music, Speech& Speaking Skills, Trinity College London, LAMDA and to participate in the Festival of Speech & Drama conducted by the Sri Lanka Festival for the Performing Arts which is affiliated to the British & International Federation of Festivals.
Speech Festivals

Every year Speech Festivals are conducted by The British & International Federation of Festivals for Speech UK Of which Her Majesty The Queen is Patron
Qualified Adjudicators from the UK will provide their assessment reports.
This is conducted throughout the country and all Island winners would be selected.
